About FFR Health

Mission Statement

FFR Health's mission is to provide integrative family medicine with a focus on diabetes, thyroid and weight loss, committed to helping people of all ages achieve optimal health through education, empowerment, and advocacy

Vision

A beautiful marriage of traditional and alternative medicine to assist people of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness. With a specialized focus on Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, and weight loss.

Who are We

FFR Health started out as a husband and wife team brought together by God to help people get and stay healthy. God has brought additional professionals into our practice to better address the needs of our clients through a holistic approach.

God's Plan for FFR Health

FFR Health was born of a vision that God gave to us in early 2019. The confines of traditional medicine often miss the wholeness of the person and God helped us to see that we could provide better holistic care with an integrative approach. By engaging the physical, chemical, psychological and spiritual aspects of a person, we are able to truly achieve the optimal wellness for each individual. There is no question that this vision is from God and could only be achieved through Him. 


Zara, the gentle giant, is a Great Dane and Mastiff mix. She was born in March 2017. Boaz is a male brindle Great Dane. He was born Feb 27, 2023.


They often make rounds at FFR. Notify us if their presence might make you or your child nervous. Please be aware that they tend to lean on people they like. Brace yourself when standing and petting them.
