Please note: Lab and prescription fees are not included in the visit cost. To ensure smooth scheduling, we ask that patients adhere to their appointment times. Extended visits may incur additional charges, billed in 15-minute increments. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Medical Service appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or applied at your next visit.
