Beginning July 1, 2026, Indiana has implemented new regulations for office-based infusion therapy. One of the key changes requires that all new (non-established) patients be evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider before receiving their first infusion.

What does this mean for you?

• Existing FFR Health patients: If you've already established care with one of our providers, this change should have little to no impact on your infusion appointments.
• New patients: Before your first IV infusion, you'll need to schedule a consultation with one of our providers. During this visit, we'll review your health history, discuss your goals, determine whether IV therapy is appropriate for you, and ensure your treatment is both safe and personalized.

While this is a new state requirement, it's also an opportunity to provide more individualized care and make sure every patient receives the treatment that's right for them.
